I agree with you to some extent, however the court document makes it appear like that's all out the window and there's a purchase agreement. It makes it look as though Ridgeback has complete control of what shareholders get. To come to an agreement you'd think they'd of had to consider minority shareholders, hence what you're saying. Why hasn't anything happened with the shares yet? shares of Ridgeback should have been issued already? You'd think we'd of seen some type of name change by now. I could be completely wrong, I don't really know.
