penn west metrics
more positive news for LTS if they can transact a deal - assets are showing a higher valuation like people say based on PWE numbers - PWE should run up Monday - I think LTS could get a few cents - tempted to buy back in here and also pick up some PWE

Yes pwe should be fun on Monday and more PWE will be worth 8-12$ down the road , This is bullish for LTS these metrics value this company at 2 billion around 2. 40$ a share im using even metric but we all know Light oil is usually priced higher the medium and heavy grade like the Viking assets valued at 71400 $ ...

Yes " The Saskatchewan assets are split approximately evenly between medium and heavy oil properties in the West and the Dodsland light-oil properties in the East. "" i wonder how much is light oil in that 13 500 barrel of production sold , even better as LTS is only higher priced light oil !!! Worth even more then 71 400$ per barrel !

Those numbers are way too simplistic. Factor in the natural gas production for LTS when doing your calculations. The 40% of LTS production is now natural gas which might bring in 30K per BOE...you really have to dive into the netbacks and production to come up with an accurate number.

Lol BOE/d lol that's barrels of oil equivalent per day , what you think PWE 13500 BOE are 100% oil lmao common try harder basher ....

With those metrics adjusted higher to take into account total light oil production and undeveloped land the Bakken could fetch nearly 1 billion ... This would leave LTS with a debt of 500 million and 18500 boe/d production split between cardium and swan hill , with potential to grow it back to 25 000 low debt this company would be worth 2.90 - 3.50$ a share .
