CCAA?
Why hasn't there been an announcement to indicate that LTS initiated CCAA today as referenced last week in the NR?

Meeting for Sept. 30/16 cancelled and now have until Mar. 31/17 to execute the meeting! WTF is going on here... can they pull this sucker out of the bag at some point?? Moe $$

Need to find out way to sell Bakken for over book value, get secured debt paid off, renegotiate the unsecured debt since they get nothing as stands and find a way to get company to operate with low debt. Now back from fantasyland....
