If you Guys are right that common share holders is in play, but Ridgeback is not a public traded company as yet. altough I have many, many shares in lightcrook. How can I recover a fraction of my investment?  So my wife can stop keep yapping.

If you can't read a press release, you have no business speculating in the stock market.  The only shares you have are worthless.  You will not receive a share in Ridgeback.
