part-time ceo and director why didnt someone tell us
https://hbr.org/2009/05/what-only-the-ceo-can-do So if jw was the ceo and had jobs as ceo of petrobank and then director of alvetro,lightsream, spyglass, touchstone,etc. at the same time why wasn't it disclosed How did he have time to do his ceo duties for lightstream. Is what happened self-explanatory or are ceos supposed to do and make a lot of money elsewhere so that lighstream goes down.
