Two Quick Questions For Other Shareholders

1) Other than the fact that LTS is toast on the TSX, does it trade anywhere else, and if so how do I get a quote (in Canadian $)?
2) Is there a class action in the works, and if so would someone have the contact info?

I'm a bagholder on this one also, and sure am not happy with how the scam was executed.  Any feedback would be appreciated.

Keep the dream alive.  Lightstream is in the process of being wound down.  Soon it will no longer exist.  FTI retained some funds to pay creditors with valid liens.  When that process is complete, the balance of funds remaining will be transferred to Ridgeback.  The court will then declare Lightstream dead.

Hey if company is wound down and no outstanding lawsuits . She'll would be worth something to ridgeback as I expect them to go public sometime. After fianancials start to look good.and showing a decent profit. here's my guess  Perhaps Oct - feb 2018 depending on oil price. Oct if price goes up sooner march at outside.

My friend, if you think there is value in a company that no longer exists, you are dumber than a bag of hammers.

@kasparovisme, What is the source of any of your information? I'm wondering about the "cease trade order" I'm not from Alberta or Ontario and there's a Restriction on my shares. Also where are you finding the date May 31'st 2017 as the expiration date of the Stay? There's holes in everything you say. Why would this stock magically recover in 2018? Do you have a ...more

Cease trade order should be on web somewhere go find it I gave details in prior post.  If not in Ontario or Alberta talk to your broker re restriction. Re stay order go read FTI Lightstream site "court orders"  stay was to prevent further actions from against Lts while in CCAA,  re holes: lol I'm not here to do it for you.  if you can't , or won't research ...more
