This gem of a company will be halted until the acquisition has closed upon approval of shareholders. At least Plasmanet has revenue and doesn’t lose money like Loto Gopher does. Can they grow it enough to pay all the overhead of Loto, I’m not sure. There are lots of shares o/s and they are taking on a bunch of debt in Plasmanet and adding more debt. This could be challenged for a bit. I bought this investment (?) based upon some Montreal promoters. I’m hopeful, but not optimistic. Good luck to all longs.
