LottoGopher closes PlasmaNet deal.
Looks like LottoGopher has closed the PlasmaNet deal. As has already been pointed out this morning, the company has posted the information on Sedar.com. I expect that with the closing of this deal the closing now paves the way for LottoGopher and Bravio Technologies to enter into a more definative arrangement that would result in the RT and the listing of the newly combined company. Hopefully, investors should receive an update from the companies, possibly, by the close of markets, today, or sometime this coming week. Though the news release, announcing the LOI, indicated that the companies expected to have something by September 14 the news report also indicated that that deadline was arbitrary and open to change.

My understanding is that Bravio has some other co's they are looking at to try and get listed. Correct me if I am wrong.
