There has been some chatter on other channels. Rumours that the lawyers have been working on an agreement according to Hayden IR, and that they are still working through the fine print and crossing the I's and T's. If this is true it could be anytime really.

Was the LOI extended? Should we get news release soon. I emailer IR, and didn't get answer yet. Hopefully soon

It mentioned in the LOI that they may extend the date as needed. Likely in the works but please post response from IR.

I can not say more but yes they are working on! When the news come out every body will dream to have this stk at this price...

I got a reply to my questions yesterday. "They are still working on closing the most recent transaction." They didn't give a timeframe. After we should be all clear for takeoff
