The AGM for Valley High is today -- beginning at 10am Vancouver time (1pm eastern time). The meeting should conclude by 11am and results should be out shortly thereafter -- so we should know today. That said -- the meeting is probably just a formality -- I would be shocked if the merger did not go through today.
