From same Morning INK research..."On Aug 13th, LVN Director Gary Robertson bought 7,000 shares in the public market at $0.30. Earlier on Aug 9th he also bought 53,000 shares at the same price. So far this summer he has bought a total of 210,000 shares between $0.24 and $0.30. He now holds 1,150,836 shares.
As a group, LVN oficers and directors hold 23,246,467 sgares on a direct or indirect basis representing 11.6% if the firm's quoted market value. That gives LVN above median beneficial ownership by officers and directors compared to other small-cap stocks in the Basic Material sector according to SEDI filings as of Aug 15th."
