RE:Have to scratch your head !! What makes LVN so lucky..?My personal feelings on this is that it all ties back to Pershing. Newmont owns 10% of Levon and also owns much of the property around Pershing. Pershing has not made any headway in bringing Newmont on-board and Pershing will do well to team up with Newmont. Frost offers that 10% exchange program Levon-Pershing, to get to Newmont but also to get Tremblay on-board to talk to Newmont. Now Newmont has part of Pershing and it is in their best interest to at least to consider the Pershing property. Frost expresses his appreciation to Tremblay as well as further appealing to Newmont by letting them in on the biotech deal on a drug that is very effective on Hep -B. The restructuring of Levon/Spinco gives Frost some liquidity, helps his new friends to make some money and paves the way for financing future endeavours in the biotech industry. I think this is one of those rare win-win-win situations that doesn't come along all that often and may not make us rich but should give long-time shareholders in Levon a nice bump in the next 6-12 months. I welcome all arguments or support for my theory, which is, afterall, just my opinion.
