Is this right?100,000 Lvn changes to 100,000 new Levon(scivac) and we own 31.6% so there are about 750,000,000 shares OS in New Levon(Scivac) and $27mil in capital or 3.5 cents a share.
100,000 LVN changes to 50,000 Spinco(Levon Rkesources) and we own 100% so it will have about 125,000,000 shares OS and $20mil in capital or 15 cents a share.
two scenarios. 1. Ron knows what he is getting into and we will do well. 2. Ron has been out manoeuvred by Billionaires who take people's money for a living and we are screwed.
