RE:Is this right?Price of Scivac will be only about $0.15 so we can expect a 1 for 20 share consolidation of Scivac to about 37.5 million OS ans a $3 share price, then listing on Nasdaq around Approval time.
Spinco will have lost about 60% of its funds but there are half of the shares OS, price should be about $0.25
that gives the current price of $0.40
all that fits unless someone can refute it.
