RE:RE:why?My understanding is that they needed to get some additional information from ScVac for the proxy statement. They want to be sure that everything is done properly. Becuase of the delay in sending out the proxy statement they had to advance the date of the meeting in order to allow for proper distribution of the proxy and to allow the proper time frame between the mailing and the meeting to take place.
