RE:A leap of faithGoing through the 337 pages can only be described as confusing. Lot's of lawyerly boiler plate. It certainly wasn't a marketing brochure. No real information of a positive nature only desroptions of risks and more risks. It will be difficult for the average investor to make sense of it all. No wonder the Wabbit wants to go for the bolthole. Leap of Faith is a good description Charlie. I don't think that management and the Board are relying on the information contained in the circular to make their positive decision about the deal. I have to believe that there is much more to this deal and it's future potential that can't make it past the lawyers needs to do the appropriate butt covering in the official circular.
For those who are US holders, the income tax issues are horribly confusing due to the FATCA rules that were part of the Obamacare legislation. I strongly urge any US investors to get this information to their tax advisors to see how this transaction it impacts them.
