No, Ron has always been of the mindset that he will define the project's economics and then either JV or more than likely sell out to a major who will then mine it.

from the rumblings on this board the recent private placement was primarily for an IR firm who wanted to take a stake in Levon. Maybe that is who the new strategic partners are?
