Questions sent to Levon on May 31 - awaiting a response...

Hello, my name is Dave ____ and I am a large shareholder ( 2+ Million Shares - both in certificate form and in my trading accounts ) and I have concerns and questions regarding this proposal ; - My understanding is Ron Tremblay owned 20% of the company - is this true ? - Who now controls Ron Tremblay's shares ? - are Ron Tremblay's shares being voted on for this proposal ? - Can I get a contact email address for whomever controls Ron Tremblay's shares ? If not I want my email address given to this party ( dave____@gmail.com ) and I would like you to ask them to contact me. I would like " proof " that this is done ( copied on email, registered letter information, etc. ). - WHY would management SELL OUT our proven resources to a company that has NOTHING proven ? I know this transaction was based off of trading prices but WHY would we " as a company " not consider WE have ALL of the resources and they have NOTHING ? Levon Shareholders come out with 49% of the " new Discovery " yet we are providing 100% of the proven assets !!! - WHY would management be doing this transaction at the worst possible time ? - On what date did Levon start talking to Discovery about this transaction ? Before or after Ron's death ? - How much cash, or cash equivalents, does Levon currently have ? - What is Levon's cash burn rate per month ? - When and where will a meeting be held to discuss and vote on this proposal ? What else do I need to know to make a more informed decision of this proposal ? Thank you for your time - Dave ____

The only thing holding it back now is the stock market. When it starts coming down hard - and I think it has started with all the trade tensions and tariffs and slowing world economy the Fed is going to be forced to cut rates. When that happens watch ...more

Hi Dsaent Well done your Message. Why: Pursuant to the terms of the Arrangement, shareholders of Levon (the “Levon Shareholders”) will receive 0.55 (the “Exchange Ratio”) of a common share of Discovery  We are disadvantaged as shareholders in the Discovery Metalls Corp Deal but what can we do? I own 500,000 shares myself
