Inquiry sent to Discovery Metals management

Here is an inquiry sent to Discovery Metals management.  I will let everyone know if they respond back to me:

Hello, I am a shareholder of Levon Resources and I have some questions regarding the potential merger between our two companies.  I often times visit a website where investors share ideas/comments about their investment holdings and I can tell you with confidence that it appears that the majority of Levon shareholders are not happy with the proposed merger.  I did some cursory research between the two companies and using contributed capital as a proxy figure it shows that Levon has contributed about twice as much in capital to their entity as has Discovery to their entity.  This of course is no surprise when you consider the advanced stage of the Cordero project versus the unadvanced stages of the exploration properties of Discovery.

Considering the 2:1 ratio of contributed capital, wouldn't it be a fairer proposal if Levon owned 2/3rds of the combined entity versus only 49%?  I fully understand that Discovery is taking advantage of their currently higher market valuation vis-a-vis Levon and the fact that we currently only have an interim CEO after the passing of Ron Tremblay, however, if this merger is to be entered into on the basis of a friendly and fair transaction shouldn't we as Levon shareholders receive full and fair value for what we are bringing to the table?  I do not know if I can, in good conscience, vote to give away the Cordero assets at less than a fair value.  Can you please provide me some rationale, based upon actual figures, which supports Discovery's contention that their asset base is of equal value to that of Levon's?

Thank you for your time and response to my inquiry.

Thank you for drafting and sending this letter, and yes please keep us apprised of any responses you may get. I will, of course, share any feedback from my email to Levon on that posting.
