RE:Class Action Certified

RE:Class Action Certified Strange that they are only going after the biggest names... almost like they are just selectively targeting companies that have meat on the bone. I'm pretty sure no LTC or Retirement facilities, public or private, on the planet had a plan in place for pandemic like this one.  I'd also venture to guess the majority of the people probably had issues unrelated to CV19.. and the fear mongering and propaganda, were major issues that exasperated their underlying conditions.  The company has insurance that deals with these types of situations, so I don't think it will effect the company all that much.  I noticed more insider buying the other day as well as the $100Gs the Nitin just put in.  These ambulance chasers love to meddle in people's lives...promising huge payouts.  IMO this is a frivolous lawsuit and it should be tossed from court.
