I agree.  Should see some volatility today and tomorrow prior to 2Q Results being released after market close Thursday. As long as payout remains below AFFO, and costs remain in check or impove, dividend is sustainable. The only thing that I can think of that could effect the numbers slightly is closer of some beds due to age of units, but it should hopefully be offset by relocation of
