Incredibly bullish demographics
The numbers over the next 20 years are staggeringly large. Given that the older generation also votes more than younger folk, politicians are eager to cater to their needs. The government needs to ensure there are adequate incentives for both LTC and Home Health Care (v good for extendicare). But the demographics certainly v positive for sienna too, given how much wealth is tied up with the older generation. From an investing perspective, this Senior Living sector is just a no brainer.
