Just a thought: what if Capt. Jack Sparrow's salary was cut from a comfy $330k a year to $80k a year? Make him have some skin in the game so he has incentive to get sales or something major like an EUA filed. As it is, he draws a nice salary and feels no heat to get anything done while shareholders suffer holding heavy bags
