IMHO, Capt. Jack will release a steady stream of puff PR's like yesterday's in an attempt to raise share price before the inevitable dilution. All the recent pr's are things investors already assumed were present. Looks like Capt. Jack is still running an R&D outfit, hence only 5 sales in a year
