Misleading investors

Now I am not a lawyer but if this statement is true that was recently posted on a well known Lexagene forum then it is quite obviously a fraudulent act which the authorities should (in my opinion) investigate with immediate effect, so, here is the post.......

The Company's earnings report (of March- May 2021) last week as seen in Yahoo finance is different as of this weeks data as seen in Yahoo finance. The ER showed earnings of -10 M which is wrong and misleading, and it didn't show the warrants received by the company last March 2021. I would say the ER is erroneous and misleading. Why would this company do that?

I know you're in a rush to get the share price down but you need to verify this before accusing a company of fraud, I looked into it its fine

Yahoo finance just pulls from sedar which is regulated so you can't change reports

I haven't accused a Company of nothing pal, I simply copied / pasted a post from another disgruntled investor and I'm entitled to my opinion and my opinion is that this loser should be investigated for potentially (hope you like the word "potentially", that's my ar$e covered then, LOL), misleading investors and by the way I'm out of Lexagene now at a massive, massive loss

I tell you what is irresponsible shall I? misleading investors, now that is very, very, very irresponsible, my post is an informative copy and paste from an extremely disgruntled investor and so i believe it is my civic duty to re-post this as far as I am concerned and from there all other (current and potential) investors can make their own mind up, I think 99% of them already have, this loser
