Why is SP not moving

Investors do not seem to realize that Lynas is the only X-China source of Rare Minerals.
The volume of shares traded in the U.S. speaks volumes.
Not sure what it will take to move this stock.
I guess patience is required. I hate that.
Perhaps U.S. operations in Texas will start making headlines to create a stir.

present administration has been negligent...after promise after promise of the awarenss of our acute need to have our own source of rare earths...nothing of any substance has occurred....at a time we need to fast track this vital sector we have inept leadership both in the the White House and in Congress....we cant continue to rely on foreign countries esp China and Russia for our rare earths
