Staggering demand

A fellow by the name of Chris Taylor was interviewed on Kitco today.
His company has an RE project in the early stages located in Canada.
He says the X-China demand in Rare Earths for defense use is or soon will be staggering.
One would never know by looking at the Lynas price chart.
He never mentioned Lynas but the interviewer did a coupe of times.
I think they plan to sell feedstock to Lynas for further processing.
