can anyone post the ask and bid levels?, I find it odd that the wall on the ask side keeps a steady pace of matching low bids. 

anyone ever know what happened to the budget announcement from the governement of Congo?


it seems "likely" the PDA will be sign, with all documents, etc completed in Nov, what do people think this will mean?  Will the signing of the PDA be enough if it is detailed enough, or will the markets still want to wait until November?
