well I think we are less likely because despite the delays, we are still very likley to be doing a deal with complant, thius it is less likley Mag will have to go another route and be acquired, on the other hand, just being noticed and mentionned as a take-over candidate, likley or less-likely is a plus, it reaffirms while Mag hasnt been able to finance yet, it does have a valuable, large resource with governement backing and construction ready to go..all positives.

I wonder if when this conference in mid Novemeber is held if an announcement is forthcoming, that would be my guess.
