november good, december bad

november good, december bad

While we do not know what is going on, and how much the Potash situation may be affecting us, I do think a signing is possible in November.  This will be almost 3 months from the proposed date.  If the Chinese do not decide by then our management team has to make some kind of statement.  I am still positive for a deal in November and good upside.  One question however is with this delay, how has this affected construction dates, and if their are costs with a delay in construction, will they be covered as previously stated by Complant's promise for retroactive expense payments from July 1st?   The other concern is no deal in November, which would cause great end of the year tax loss selling in December which could put pressure on this already depreciated share price.

so come November 30th, if no deal, things could get rocky medium term, but longterm everything will be great with this potash resource, the ovreall potash prices, growing food commoditiy prices will bring this project forward.

Would love to see management get another player involved, 2 interested parties (Complant and Vale for example) would only be good for the shareprice...
