I agree the risk of getting out of MAA is too high, too many analysts contend a deal will be reached eventually, and to sell there would be a waiting period before buying back in with tax laws (into Feb) so that is too long of a time to be out, for me at least, however my question is do we think there will be others who think otherwise and will we see a tax selling spree in December.  I would say maybe a little, but nothing signficant unless management came out and said complant was dead before jan 1st.  if that happens the timeline for financing would be several months, best case scenario, and people would take advantage of tax losses.....lets hope SDIC makes this question irrelevant...
