interesting NR, I agree with previous comment it is somewhat placating shareholders but still nice to have a firm statement from mgmt reassuring the markets this company owns a great asset that is in play.  Nice to have a NR stating there is more than one interested group, and I wonder who this "industrial group" may be? Seems like this ends any thought to Complant still being in the picture.  I dont know if we should put anything into the timing, it may just be a need by BMO to reconfirm the agreement annually,anyone know if this is the case? Overall will help me sleep better that BMO still thinks itcan make a profit from 50 cent warrants acting as a deal broker.  I still think mgmt sees a 70 cent deal as possible.
