RE: RE: RE: RE: RE: SNELBased on MD&A, I think it is reasonable to expect near future news about the divestiture of the Forestry division (see below again) and potentially termination of the Energy unity (this is a wish), unless the nat gas license for the project was granted to the Energy unity. These actions probably will not create any positive momentum for the sp, but should create a more favorable organizational structure for a sale or JV.  Mag certainly needs to be careful of how to tell the market the news, to do not give the impression of company melt down...

I don't think bankruptcy is anywhere close to 1h2012, unless we get further bad cash expanse decisions, which is not impossible...

The Company is presently reporting losses and management's plan to continue development of the Project and ultimately to production is heavily dependent on the success of the following initiatives: (a) successful completion of additional financing, (b) completion of a transaction to finance the Project through either a sale or joint venture, and (c) achieving a sale or revised management plan for MagForestry to mitigate losses.
