You are sounding dumber by the minute if that's possible.
Reserve/resource guarantee? To get to that level will entail significant more drilling.  If there was an official reserve or resource amount now than Magellan wouldn't be getting a 51% interest  for only $15 million.  There are no guarantees that production levels will continue. However Magellan is undertaking 45 days of due diligence?  I have more faith in Magellan management to determine whether this is a good investment or not than some bozo with 58 ignores to his credit.   Based on the numbers disclosed so far and if due diligence efforts indicate that current  production levels can continue or increase than the financial return looks extremely attractive even with some kind of financing arrangement.
