Canarc Update on El CompasCanarc El Compas Marlin finalized the sale of El Compas to Canarc Resource Corp. (TSX:CCM) on October 30, 2015. As a result of the transaction, Marlin owns 20,666,666 shares of Canarc (~10.8% of outstanding) and has a 1.5% NSR royalty on the surrounding concessions at El Compas.
