RE:FloatI agree with most of what you write except the part of trying to keep the share price down....I can see how they would prop it up with the NCIB or stop it from selling off so the usual suspect market makers cannot accumulate shares on the cheap....however if the share price rises, then they can just sell back the shares they previously purchased for a better price...so there are flaws in your logic imo...unless of course they are distributing some shares from their float in a controlled and structured way to interested parties.
