This is way beyond the fine print.
EAG had the option to buy out Noront but chose not to do so.
EAG & MAO are doing due diligence on each other.
MAO has shown that financing will be in place to build a mine.

A deal will be made or the other option is as you say;
Too bad for both parties involved , a great deposit is going nowhere fast, and the fatcats, shorters and lawyers will likely be the only ones to make money on Windfall in 2013.
