Goldflow,

listen to the interview yourself and get the info from the horses mouth so to speak.

Or read this post among others on the EAG board.

There was no IF in his comments -- all comments were assuming the JV guidelines were satisfied - however he did say that when this issue was finalized it would be a 'watershed" moment for the company as it would remove any doubt about EAG's ownership of the project.

He also was not adverse to a merger with MAO provided that it made sense and that EAG shareholders were properly rewarded --- this was a bit of a surprise to me.

Further indicated that EAG had been offered the 25% by Noront but were not in a financial position to take advantage of the offer at that time - said things might be different now.

Said that "due-diligence" was underway by MAO on EAG and by EAG on MAO. The resource has been discovered etc. and now it was time to focus on the "back room organization" (I think those were the words used).

Speculated that $.80/EAG share would "feel" be about right for a merger.

Interview was like having your teeth pulled to listen to it --- BUT -- there was interesting info contained in same that I personally had not heard before.
