Don't read things into my remarks that aren't true.

I simply stated a fact. I didn't say steal the property if you can.

Making it non binding leaves the door open for negotiations with EAG before the deadline to come up with a reasonable deal. Not making a deal would be disastrous for shareholders on both sides because it will get tied up in court for years and only lawyers and the big boys will make money.
