RE:this was the reason for the halt.......I also googled........notice of legal hypotec.......it appears to be a "lean" in layman terms. so therefore, my guess is, that as long as the lean is on the mine(which includes the mill) they cannot process material from the elder mine without the contractor getting some of the money from the processed ore. By the way.......if i was part of maudores management, that would piss me off too. Just a hunch. EM1976
