RE: Not the End of March yetGlad you quoted that. All they are talking about is the fact that "facilities" will be ready for production, not that there actually will be any production. They still need to get the friggin permits (although they've known about the need for permits for nearly a year). I suspect we will soon hear another excuse, or we many simply not hear anything if past history is any guide.
