Qua Ibo dispute settled

Qua Ibo dispute settledAh, at long, long last.  I guess Mart was finally able to prove that with $120 oil and 3000 bpd production, that they could fund the Qua Ibo drill program...

Drilling by end of June with rig 201 - that's good. 

Now, what's going on with the other rig?  Where's that twin well at Umu and how about a few more producers? 

They gotta get both rigs running non stop from now on - no excuses.
