I assume you are saying that MMT may have a 35k b/d production capacity at the need of 2012 ....

BUT actual production will be about 17k b/d due to pipeline capacity of the AGIP line?

But upon completion of a new line - Shell 2013 sometime - MMT could have production of 35k.
