Mart has cash 40 to 50 million it Marts money
The partners (Western and Sun) they want a dividend also, for other projects, cars, toys etc etc
The partners and Mart want and exit strategy say at $4.00/share 2 years from now, they cannot do it
without us and we cannot do it without them
