Must be insiders selling some stock They need cash to exercise their warrants. Cutting it close re the divvy! But ALL the volume was absorbed. This is a very good sign. I also know a very large shareholder who pays nothing on his capital gain but pays tax on the divvy. Maybe he was one of the sellers? PS he doesn't like the divvy idea!
