RE: RE: RE: Mart merger with Partners?

IMHO, the dividend payments were an indication that Mart wants to merge with a Nigerian entity to qualify as an indigenous company.   Particularly they want to merge with an existing UMU partner who has plenty of cash as well.  Adding Mart's shi*load and a half plus future partner's shi*load and a half will create an indigenous company with a triple shi*load of money and cashflow to support additional dividends once the pipelines get built to ease restrictions on profitability/cashflow.

Putting that triple shi*load company on the London and Toronto exchanges will make mkt cap will go much higher.  It's a nice strategy for long term growth so they can acquire additional marginal fields to continue increasing production (with generous tax holidays on marginal field profits).
