i'm not sure why the expectation was to release test results on the first day after they drilled to the desired depth.  someone previously said the 40th day was august 13.  that was last monday.  they gotta observe the well dont they?  they gotta analyse production/behaviour dont they?  they gotta compile that info, dont they?

 

its not like a grade 3 homework assignment where the teacher says "ok, write down on a piece of paper what you did over the weekend and hand it in tomorrow morning".  its fairly complex stuff I am imagining.  august 13 was 6 business days ago.
