Maybe it's just me, but these are the kinds of things that will slow us down from getting the full respect this company deserves.   I often wonder if Wade isn't overwhelmed over there?  Does he have much staff (in regards to COO type stuff) or does he end up doing all of this himself (putting together presentations, writing PRs)?  I think he's done an amazing job with this company, especially in the last year or so, but God forbid what would happen if something happened to him?  Or he left the company?  I just think he (and by default, all investors) would be better off if he shored up his bench.

I'm open to being wrong as I've never been to Mart's offices and don't know who else is helping/working there.
