unless the company said via press release "earnings are coming out aug __",  then there is no reason to question why earnings weren't out today, yesterday or the day before. 

just because one website said earnings were due yesterday, and they obviously didn't come, should be zero reflection on management's performance or whether they are overwhelmed by workload or not.  A tsx venture company, in nigeria, not forecasting their earnings date two months in advance, is par for the course.
