RE: Quarterly Report vs Quarterly Dividend s""t happens, i guess if you're worried about the next 6 months then todays' report sucked, if you are in it long term then they should be able to correct alot of what just occured, stock will likely sell off a bit as worry warts exit until MMT proves otherwise.
I don't own alot of this but it's been good to me so far, the div is payable for a long while with cash, heck even if they dropped it to .02 a quarter that isn't exactly bad for something at 1.60, lets face it, how many other stocks priced at that could provide that type of div?
Obviously this company has good land, some problems to deal with, fine people running it though. Investors still dream about stocks like this. This quarter sucks, but it looks to be their first real miss, i doubt they will want a repeat, and it does look like it's improved in July a bit.
